"Captain Blood" (1935)

In the history of Hollywood, no one buckled a swash better than Errol Flynn. This is his first starring role and one of his best. He's a 17th century doctor who gets sent to the Caribbean on a trumped up treason charge...as a slave! There he meets and falls in love with the enchanting Olivia DeHavilland (who's still alive at 95), and eventually becomes an infamous pirate.
