Tyrone Power plays a talented but rough-around-the-edges matador in Old Spain who scrapes his way from rags (literally) to riches, only to be caught in a love triangle between saintly Linda Darnell and femme fatale Rita Hayworth. A glossy, eyepopping Technicolor production that has a high schmaltz factor, but who cares when it's this much fun?
