Clint Eastwood stars in this fish-out-of-water policier as an Arizona sheriff who comes to The Big Apple to bring back a fugitive. It's interesting to see Eastwood and director Don Siegal laying the seeds for their much better lean and mean "Dirty Harry" three years later. Still, it's fun to see Clint in a cowboy hat kicking ass amongst the dirty and the psychedelic in 1960's NYC. The inspiration for TV's "McCloud"...and don't miss the Pan Am Building heliport(!) that features prominently.
