If this piffle of a spy spoof were any lighter it'd float away. Doris Day is mixed up in some comedic industrial espionage. Her mission? Go undercover at a big cosmetics firm and steal the formula for a waterproof hairspray! She plays footsie with Richard "MacArthur Park" Harris who may or may not be a spy too. Day somehow maintains her dignity thru some broad pre-Austin Powers slapstick bits (will someone give this woman a lifetime Oscar already?), and she's dressed to the nines in swinging '60s MOD fashions that are worth the viewing for them alone. Silly, silly, but don't miss it.
